Microsoft

“Founded in 1975, Microsoft (Nasdaq “MSFT”) is the worldwide leader in software, services and solutions that help people and businesses realize their full potential.” While Microsoft Windows has a 90% market share in world desktop operating systems and Internet Explorer has a 58.22 market share, the current question is why choose Office365 over Google Apps for business cloud computing. Regardless of all technicalities and user experiences, my answer is in Google’s privacy policy which states “We may collect information about the services that you use and how you use them” and Section 11.1 of Google’s terms of service which states, “you give Google a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through the Service for the sole purpose of enabling Google to provide you with the Service in accordance with its Privacy Policy.” Microsoft however sates “Office 365 does not use customer data—for example, by scanning email or documents stored in the cloud—to create advertisements”.

A network administrator is a person employed in the corporate world to supplement the engineers and maintain an operational network.  Similarly, Network Administrators objective is to become an “employee” of its client’s on a part time role and take the responsibility of IT infrastructure away from the business owner.

Now with over 80 clients, Network Administrators is continuing to support small business, not just in the Illawarra, but also Sydney and mobile offices around Australia.
